If a serious or fatal medical injury occurs as a result of an avoidable medical event or accident the legal rights and interests of the family and injured party become our responsibility when a client retains our firm.

Not every client’s case will ultimately require a trial. However, our track record of successful trials and jury verdicts (some of which have set “record” highs) has created for us a credibility with the courts and our adversaries. We have kept our firm relatively small so we can focus on cases one at a time each of which has great significance to each client. An impersonal assembly line is not a good way to handle cases which usually are complex and it is not a professional way to relate to clients who have a great deal at stake both financially and emotionally.

We have included information about our partners and associates (see About the Lawyers). Our staff has communicated with clients in English, Italian, Spanish, Russian and other languages. Clear communication between attorney and client is key to the professional relationship.

The most gratifying part of our practice since 1972 (35+ years) has been the past and often ongoing relationship with clients often for many years after a case is successfully resolved.
