Linda M. Oliva is associated with the firm. She has over 20 years experience representing clients in various types of medical negligence cases which include birth injuries, wrongful death are neurological injury. In addition, she has represented a significant number of cases involving the failure to timely diagnose and treat breast cancer and other women's health issues.
She handles all aspect of pretrial litigation and appeals. She is an advocate for breast cancer awareness and lends her support to such organizations as the Babylon Breast Cancer Coalition and the Adelphi Breast Cancer Hotline. She is an active member of her community and is involved in her local civic association. Ms. Oliva is admitted to practice law in New York State and in the Federal Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
She is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, the Nassau County Bar Association, the Nassau County Women's Bar Association and the Long Island Women's Agenda. She was recently honored by the Nassau Women's Bar Foundation as their Courage Award Recipient at their Sixth Annual Golf Outing and Dinner. She obtained her law degree from St. John's University School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Hofstra University where she was elected to Phi Alpha Theta (history honor society) and Sigma Delta Psi (Spanish Honor Society)
