In fact, Pegalis & Erickson, LLC, has a long history of service to the community as it is an essential part of our lives. We serve on Boards and have other leadership roles in the community.

Stephen Ericksonsits on the Board of Directors for New York State Trial Lawyers Association and was recognized as one of the Ten Leaders in Long Island in Civil Trial Law.
Annamarie Bondi-Stoddardsits as Secretary on the Executive Board of Directors of Long Island Women’s Agenda and was recognized as one of Long Island’s Top Business Women by the Long Island Business News.
James Baydar sits on the Board of Directors of The We Care Fund of the Nassau County Bar Association. Additionally, he is a member of Board of Zoning Appeals, Village of Plandome Manor, and a former member of Planning Board, Village of Plandome Manor. Steven Pegalis also lent time and support to the Stanley Lamm Institute where he sat as a member of the advisory board concerning issues in regard to child neurology and developmental medicine. Steven Pegalis has focused his community service initiatives in the important area of women’s health relating primarily to quality care for pregnant women and their infants. Additionally, he has supported patient’s safety initiatives and the interrelationship between quality care and patient safety.

There, families with children suffering from severe disabilities can seek supportive services and respite care. In addition to financial support, we donated our office computers when we had a recent upgrade to be utilized at one of Angela’s House newer locations.
