Robert V. Fallarino is an associate of the firm. He has over 20 years experience handling complex labor law, product defects and medical malpractice litigation. Mr. Fallarino represented most of the major metropolitan area hospitals when he began his career at one of Long Island’’s largest medical malpractice defense firms. Since coming to the firm in 1996, he has represented plaintiffs in medical malpractice actions throughout New York State as well as North Carolina, Nebraska, Idaho, Maryland and Pennsylvania in diverse areas of medical negligence claims.
Mr. Fallarino has dedicated his career to helping people who through no fault of their own, have had to endure life altering and catastrophic injuries at the hands of others. He compassionately navigates the client through all aspects of the litigation, from the initial meeting to trial. Mr. Fallarino has obtained jury verdicts, mediated and negotiated settlements in the millions of dollars on behalf of his clients. Mr. Fallarino has also served the public for over seven years as one of the prosecuting attorneys for The Village of Floral Park. He has been an active member in his community, in both civic matters and in local campaigns for political office.
Mr. Fallarino is admitted to practice in New York, North Carolina and the District of Columbia. In addition, he is admitted to practice in the Federal Courts for Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
He is a member of New York State Bar Association, New York State Trial Lawyers Association, Nassau County Bar Association, Washington D.C. Bar Association, and American Association for Justice.
Mr. Fallarino obtained his law degree from St. John’s University School of Law. He obtained his undergraduate degree from St. Johns’ University magna cum laude, and was a St. Thomas More Scholar.
